Comments: Capstone Appraisal Group, Inc. provides a complete range of real estate appraisal and counseling services to a variety of users including financial institutions, municipalities, law firms, property owners, investors, developers, brokers, corporations, government agencies, and non-profit organizations. Our focus of our practice is the valuation of income-producing properties, although we routinely appraise non-profit and owner-user properties as well. Our primary geographic concentration is upstate New York. However, Capstone has captured a strong presence throughout the northeast, largely as a result of multi-property (portfolio) assignments and solid relationships with a number of regional and national real estate companies. Our practice draws upon extensive exposure to a broad range of properties including retail, office, industrial, apartment, vacant land, lodging, health care and specialty uses.
