I have been in the business for over 20 years. I started my own company Gibson Appraisal in Jan 1998. I have 2 other appraisers whom work for me, Bryan Gartin and Dan Dunn. We are all certified appraisers and work in 3 counties in the San Jose area. We mainly work in Santa Clara, but go to San Mateo and Alameda counties as well. Dan and Bryan are both FHA approved. Our turn around time is usually 1-2 days after inspection.
