Our appraisers have a minimum of 5 years experience and hold, at a minimum, a Certified Residential License.  Our primary coverage area is the state of New Jersey, but we have appraisers in all 50 states. If your firm/company does business that requires any of these services, and you need a quality appraisal performed, we would like to contact you.  Our turn around time is usually within 3 business days on residential 1-4 family, and our rates are competitive.
