The appraisal fees for these counties are $375 for both FHA and Conventional appraisals, unless the subject property has over 10 acres or has a sales price over $2,000,000. If these conditions are present, please call to discuss the more complex assignment. Carl E. Lane, SRA has no trainees or other assistants. If the report was signed by Carl E. Lane, I did the inspection, the research and all of the production including emailing the report.
