Frequently Asked Questions
What Makes American Appraisers Network Different From All
The Other Appraiser Directories I Have Found Online?
American Appraisers Network
is
not
an Appraisal Management Company.
We do not hide as a private labeled
management company behind our network as many of the other directory sites
do. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality, professional
appraisers to assist you in closing more business and to be your one stop
source for locating appraisers nationwide.
Why should
I utilize American Appraisers Network to Hire An Appraiser?
Placing your
work out to bid is no way to establish a long-term relationship with an
appraisal company. We have done most of the homework for you. All of our
listed appraisers have their license and insurance information verified and
it is available to you as needed. All of our appraisers listed provide
excellent service and are committed to delivering high quality reports in a
timely fashion. Wouldn't it be nice to be able to consistently call the
appraisal company of your choice and know the work order will be completed
correctly? Our goal is that you utilize our network to establish long-term
relationships with the companies listed on this site. Spend more time
talking to customers and closing deals and less time worrying about your
appraisal needs.
I am having
some trouble finding an appraiser in the area I need?
At American Appraisers Network, we
are constantly adding high quality appraisers in all 50 states. Our
nationwide appraiser directory is growing constantly and we may have added
appraisers in that area that are not yet listed. Please
contact us and advise what area
you are looking for an appraiser in and we will do our best to help you fill
that assignment.
I would like to
issue a complaint about an appraiser who is listed on your site. Can you
help me with that?
At American Appraisers Network, we
want you to have the highest quality experience when dealing with the
appraisers listed in our network. Please send an complaints you may have to
complaints@americanappraisersnetwork.com and we will
immediately work with the appraiser to try and resolve your complaint.
Please do not send us any complaints as it relates to value. Our appraisers
perform at a minimum to the USPAP guidelines and while we take complaints
related to communication issues or service to your borrowers very seriously,
we will not answer any complaints when it comes to the final valuation of a
property.
Why should I
list my company with American Appraisers Network?
We understand that you have probably listed with other
appraiser directories in the past with limited if any success. There are
several reasons why these other directories have failed you in the past.
First off, many of them are actually owned by Appraisal Management Company's
who are simply using them as a "cover" to build out their networks of
appraisers. They do not care to advertise your business and many of them
simply pocket your listing fees and do not advertise at all.
Others have so many appraisers listed on their sites that your business is
buried two, three, four pages deep and is never going to be seen by a
potential client. Here at American Appraisers Network, we limit the
number of appraisers to 3 per county and that's it. Once the spots are
filled, they are filled for good as all of our memberships are lifetime
enrollments. We are not an Appraisal Management Company. We market
directly to lenders, attorneys, realtors, and bankers throughout all 50
states to help the appraisers listed in our network grow their business.
Most importantly, we back that up with a 100% money back guarantee.
What does
American Appraisers Network do to market my services?
American Appraisers Network promotes my listings
by search engine optimization, direct and email marketing, strategic
partnerships, and face to face promotion with real estate and mortgage
professionals.
Who is American Appraisers Network?
