First and foremost, we are not an Appraisal Management Company. Many of the various business directories you see online today simply operate as private labeled networks for small to mid size Appraisal Management Companies. They have no interest in ensuring that the appraisers listed in their networks are high quality, licensed professionals. They simply utilize their directories to help them build out their networks so that they can then "claim" to be nationwide companies. The end result is that they are ripping off appraisers for listing fees and putting your company or institution at risk.

By providing high quality real estate appraisers in all 50 states, we are positioned to be your only source to fill all of your appraisal needs nationwide. We verify all licensing and insurance information on the appraisers within our network and make that documentation available to you upon request.  The appraisers who list in our network live in the areas that you are asking them to appraise and have an intimate knowledge of the markets they are appraising in.

We limit the number of appraisers within our network. We feel that by doing so, you are getting the highest quality appraisers to support your assignments thus allowing you to close more business and do so in a timely manner. All of the appraisers listed in the network are committed to delivering your completed appraisal report within 3-5 business days of the inspection and communicating to you the challenges if they are unable to do so. They are utilizing the latest technology to deliver your reports to you.

Finally and most importantly, there is no negotiation of fees within our network. The appraisers listed will be upfront and provide you with their cost to deliver a high quality, professional real estate appraisal report for you and your borrowers. We do not capture any % or fee split amount as part of our network and there is an expectation that the appraisers listed will receive their full fee that they discuss with you in support of your appraisal needs.
